This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- The item must not show signs of washing, damage, or alteration
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we may decline returns if the item has been worn, washed, stained, or damaged after delivery. Items returned without prior authorization may also be refused.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Amber Gully is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing – 10 Business Days
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number so we can resolve the matter promptly.
In such cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order once your return is approved.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process once delivered.
